Re: [OM] OM-4Ti and OTF flash question

Ok, so OTF-TTL works with the T-series flashes in manual mode in the OM-3Ti,
but not the OM-4Ti.  Does this mean that the exposure-compensation dial on
the 3Ti will actually work to alter flash power so I can vary the amount of
"fill flash"?
The instruction manuals are a bit cryptic in these regards
