Ever inquisitive, I took a nose around, and John would seem to be correct,
per USDA, quoted here:
http://www.dietaryfiberfood.com/cholesterol-shrimp.php which puts "Tuna
skipjack, fresh, cooked, dry heat" at 60mg/100g, somewhat better than
"Shrimp, mixed species, canned" at 251mg/100g!
However, context is all, as is made palin by the neighbouring page at:
http://www.dietaryfiberfood.com/cholesterol-high-avoid.php
"Spinach souffle" at 117mg/100g
"Egg, whole, cooked, scrambled" at 352mg/100g and so forth...
"Chicken, liver, all classes, cooked, simmered" 561.2
"Egg, yolk, raw, fresh" 1234.9
Choose your poison?
I think I'll just have a milk shake
"Shake, fast food, vanilla" 23.1mg/100g
