Fluke 'generally' supports equipment for at least ten years.
In some cases (smaller meters), that may not be the case. We would then
offer a 'repair by replacement' which upgrades to a newer, ostensibly
better model, for the price of a repair.
But then one of John Fluke Sr.'s tenants of business was to have the
customer ALWAYS be left with the impression they got more than they paid
for.
That flies in the face of current business practice and policy by and
large.

That's just as good as Olympus not having parts available for a current
model flash. Whats wrong with these companies? They are forcing people
to toss their equipment sooner!
