[OM] [OT] is this a scam? eBay New Unpaid Item Message from davidmaxmark:

Anybody got a clue what this is all about?  Is this a scam?  davidmaxmark is
an ebay seller with about
5 sales in several years.  The listed item is some baseball tickets sold to
someone (not me) for $2700
and the seller is not davidmaxmark.
