Thanks for the update. I'll try them again if I ever get back to the UK
(which I will if my wife has any say). I have to admit that I haven't
eaten any UK sausages since eating a breakfast in the middle of Wales
somewhere about 20 years ago. Delightful place, delightful weather,
delightful breakfast... all except the "sausage" which was somewhat akin
to blackened, pulped cardboard. ;-)
