Obviously you know more than I. In any case, the switch from B to G in
the router alone is enough to explain the increase in throughput Jez
experienced.
What's the actual throughput of 802.11n? One practical comparison of
draft 2 802.11n equipment suggests on the order of a 5x increase over G.
