Not how I would put it, nor how I did. The 5D has fewer pixels/mm, which
people often incorrrectly term resolution. HOwever, it resolves more
actual detail, higher resolution, as the term should be used.
So, the 5D has better resolution. It also has better IQ in other areas,
but that's to be expected from a higher end camera two generations later
in technology.
This is strictly a technical correction. I don't have adequate personal
experience to bring to the E-1 vs. the world IQ discussion in this
thread and thus offer no opinion.
