OM 180/2.8 is my most favorite lens for portrait, not because of it is soft,
actually the resolution of this lens is very high with optimal
sharpness/contrast for people, the CA doesn't bother me even wide open. Here
are some of the shots I took years ago with negatives, you will feel the
details it can catch.
