It won't wind and fire normally on the mechanical B or 60 ? If it won't
wind and release button won't go down, camera is probably overwound due
to greasy latches. If mirror goes up and you have to turn to B to reset
shutter (and batteries are new) check bottom cover screws and make sure
they are tight.
