Before their exams, I feed my senior students bananas and chocolate.
The theory is that the nanas improve brane function, reduce their
need to go toily (potassium) and provide energy. Chocolate is a fast
stimulant of course. I have no idea if it works but it's a nurturing
sort of thing, sounds plausible and if they believe it....
