Even the dust removal in Canyon may not be that effective but then when I
clean the sensor I only touch the vibration membrane not the image sensor,
it will make me feel better at least. It is digital age, I will not compare
how bad the film and scanning was, it was the thing in the pass, I want
something better today.

I really don't like viewfinder dust, I am even willing to disassembly the OM
bodies to clean them in the pass (as dust get in from eyepiece). But if the
dust is only on the focusing screen then it is ok to me, it is easy to
clean, I'm not sure if this is the case for most 5Ds.
