Especially since action photography sucked unbelievably worse in the
days before whizbang tracking AF, and 10 frames a second. There just
wasn't nearly as many amazing shots to justify spending thousands less
on a camera that just has great IQ, but only at one shot per 1/3 or 1/5
of a second - definitely not fast enough for excellent photography. Or
focus would have to be done the decisive moment way - just not enough of
this skill anymore to generate the best shots since it only takes money
to get the better shots now.
