Plastic pipe cement might work well. There are two types however, one
for ABS the other for PVC. Picking the best match could make a
noticeable difference.
I believe Gorilla glue is polyurethane. I don't have any first hand
experience but it seems unlikely to be strong enough. Epoxy doesn't
hold well to some plastics.
