"Push and twist" is called a bayonet mount. All modern SLR lenses have
had bayonet mounts since Pentax finally abandoned the Pentax M42 screw
thread mount in 1975. The Olympus FTL camera which was just prior to
the OM system used screw mount lenses but Olympus SLR's have been
bayonet mount since the OM-1 was announced in 1973.
If the lens is described as OM mount then it is for OM series cameras
and is definitely a bayonet mount. If it is also a Zuiko then it is a
genuine Olympus brand lens since Zuiko is an Olympus trademark for their
lenses.
