I don't think it is possible to make acceptable photos by focusing
manually. Plus, the speed the lenses make the picture not too fuzzy is
gobsmackingly versimilitous, (accuracy is not as important). Even 0.1
sec "slower" and the camera is garbage for true professionals, (and
overly affluent, intense, hyperserious dads needing the quickest sort-of
clearness of their kids kicking a ball around with painful expressions,
(many, many of those for posterior)
Therefore, also anything less than a picture taken every 1/20 sec. or so
in multiple bursts are imperative, as any photography of sports sucked
laughably bad when tried at any longer intervals than that. Might as
well smack the camera against a wall at 3FPS or slower. The game would
have ended too fast.
