And so are the viewfinders on P&Ss. I bought the A710 IS in spite of the
presence of a viewfinder. I have actually tried it a handful of times
because the LCD isn't as good in direct sun as the F30. About like the
F10 that way. Only the vaguest relationship between what is seen through
the finder and what's in the image. Brings back the suspense of waiting
to see what I shot, if only briefly.

I still can't figure out why the LCD on the E-330 doesn't show scene
brightness like the P&Ss do. Sooo nice to know when I've got it set
wrong in EV comp or manual.
