[OM] Spotted!

The local newspaper and their pet project Buffalo.com
has jumped on board with something called "Spotted".
Spotted is actually used nationwide as a way to get
people interested in local events and drive traffic to
local websites through photos. 

Long story short...I ended up volunteering for Buffalo
Spotted as one of their summer interns. Not a bad
deal...I get free tickets to local events and some
exposure. The idea is to bring people to the site...we
are supposed to take photos of people and hand them a
card asking them to come visit the site. I am still
working on breaking out of my shyness! 8-))

I attended the Buffalo Sabres Street Hockey Fest last
Sunday. My kids had a great time, particularly my son
who is a major Sabres fan. Some of you that have lived
here in Buffalo - may recognize some of the Sabres
Alumni/players. My kids are also in couple of the
photos. The photos have become a steady hit for the

I also have a few photos from the county fair and NF
Air Show. My own personal (Rokkin Foto) galleries are
also in there somewhere. Look for anything that says
"Photo by RF" or "Rokkin Foto".

Shooting public/community events is something
relatively new to me. Lemme know what you think of the
