Sadly, you are probably correct. It's been my experience that while a
few souls labor at the exposition and recognition of art are worth
listening to (damned if I can think of one right now, though), the
vast majority of the contemporary art community suffers from what I
like to refer to as a "cranial-rectal inversion," which is to say the
collective head of the contemporary "art" world is up its collective
ass.
But that's just me. You, ahem, might not agree. <g>
