[OM] TOPE 30: call for entries

Hiya all,

I haven't yet gotten around to making the TOPE comments script more  
secure, and I'm counting on doing so this weekend.

Consequently, I will not launch TOPE 30 just yet, but rather, I'm  
aiming to do so next week Wednesday. Soooo, if you have an entry for  
TOPE 30, and you haven't sent it in already, you still have a week to  
do so, in order to make it in the initial launch...
