Either questions or answers are subject for interpretation.
Interpretation doesn't make a sentence fit into categories such as of
important or not important.
Heuristic value is what matters when qualifying a question -> answer; or
an answer -> question.
Any of these have an intrinsic heuristic value (albeit sometimes more,
sometimes less) _ always.
