And some of us (perhaps most) will consider that Bill's argument is
factual and neither disingenuous nor fallacious. The tax system is
clearly progressive. It's just not as "progressive" as you'd like it to
be. The fact that you personally don't like it doesn't make it
fallacious or disingenuous.
