[OM] ( OM) OT computers and FAX

Hi all

My latest grouch with XP is that the FAX program included within it is a DOG.
It is not possible to attach images or documents to the cover page.

And my favourite FAX program, Bitfax from Bitware dot com has long been 
discontinued, and will not run on XP as there are no suitable drivers.
