Walt,
Appears fine to me. I will no longer use FedEx ground unless there is
absolutely NO alternative! To many problems and poor response. BTW, the
ground division is totally different from the expedited Fedex which
really does have it's stuff together. I do wonder what the ineptness of
the ground side of things will wind up costing Fedex as a whole.
BTW, here is a tip if you don't get a response on the package soon -
file a claim. I had a very expensive package my shop shipped to a
customer go missing last year (different carrier, but I think it would
work here as well.) after messing around for two or three days
attempting to get the package found I filed a claim for the loss,
wouldn't you know it they found the package and had it deliver to the
customer first thing the next day!
