Was this too nasty, or am I right to expect a reply in a day? I sometimes get
over-irritated.

Comments: I inquired over 24 hours ago about this, and was promised a
reply "shortly," but have had no response. Your tracking information says the
package was left by my front door day yesterday, but it wasn't. I was home all
day and
would've known. It apparently went astray, and you don't seem to care. I buy a
lot of stuff on the Internet, but it'll be a cold day in hell before I ever
again do business with anyone who ships by Federal Express. I suppose I've just
lost $125.
