WM's primary goal is to avoid paying health care benefits. That responsibility then falls back on the individual and since most folks working less than 30 hours a week can't afford it, their health care costs eventually fall to states and ultimately, taxpayers. Which is yet another reason to not buy from WM/Sam's Club.
