To some degree, like extension tubes, "bellows are bellows" and they work

a similar fashion, however there are differences with Olympus bellows and
Olympus extension tubes. Both the quality and features of the Olympus will

better than the unit you are looking at on eBay. Without doing all your
homework for you, I would say the Olympus unit allows you to use a dual
cable
release and also to reverse your lens on the bellows. They are also
affordable.
