I just got a Fuji GA645zi* in the mail today and Fuji equipped it with a
lens cap sensor to warn the idiot behind the camera when he has left the
lens cap on. Which *I* proceeded to do with about four shots before
wondering why the display was flashing... Its just a test roll so nothing
major lost thankfully.
*Just continuing my dabbling with MF gear, hoping to get some B&W film for
it next week.

Walt,
It's worse with earlier models with no meter to warn you.
I never admit to leaving the lens cap on but I do occasionally take an
extreme macro shot of the inside of my lens cap :-)
All you can hope for is that you notice it yourself rather than have someone
say 'shouldn't that cap be off?' It's really embarrassing.
