That is true, google Spamhaus and then check you IP address and see if you
or the group is listed. A call to your ISP might also confirm what Moose
said.

Usually, this seems to mean that the ISP has decided that the list is
spam. Some large providers, like sbcglobal.net simply won't let anything
from the list server through. With small providers, it may be possible
to convince them otherwise.
