No doubt, the Tamrons will have a larger market available but OM mount
lenses are also fair game for those of who have become Canyon shooters
as well. I might be interested myself if it was an f/4 or f/4.5 lens
but 300/2.8 is just a bit too much glass for me to lug around at that
focal length. It's true, obvious defects in the glass do have a pretty
dramatic effect on price. But, for those of us who realize that small
defects are often undetectable in the image, they represent good buys.
I say offer to the list with right of inspection.
