Thanks for showing those photos of Bath and Duxford, both places
close to my heart: I went to school near Bath, a place called
Downside, and I live near Duxford and like the old aircraft.
But I think that your scanner has done you a disservice as many of
the images are quite soft. The compositions look good from the
thumbnails, but many of the larger displays have a disappointing
softness to them. For instance, Bath-Paxtons is nice and sharp, but
Bath-Abbey-03 is soft and the highlights on the van's C-pillar are
strange.
Are you using a flatbed scanner, perhaps?
