He probably doesn't know about the 30 second battery check. From a post
of yours from about 3 years ago:
"You should assume all 4s have the high drain, eliminate them one at a
time by doing the "battery check" test. Turn battery check on, if it
turns off by itself in 30 seconds, it means the camera had been upgraded
to a low-drain 4T board."
