Just a bit. These days, a single family house on a modest lot starts
somewhere around $130,000. My comments relate to the kitchen cabinets and
countertops. Those look like lumber yard standard low end oak, and Formica
tops. Perhaps they have better hardware, but put a dress on a pig and she's
still a pig.
That's one of the reasons that people live here. That house would have
setbacks of 6-10 feet on the sides, but fairly generous front and back
yards. The house would cover about 40-50% of the lot. Go up 50 grand or so
and you get close to a three car garage.
