Thanks all. I did check Gary's site and did not know how closely the 28 f2.8
performance mirrored the 28 f2. I am armed to the teeth with info. Looks
likely sharper in the corners than my zoom and probably worth having and
changing lenses for that fl for $15.00 assuming it doesn't require servicing.
I'll carefully check the diaphragm given Chuck's valuable comments.
He also has a OM 2N, Z. 75-150, Z. 50mm F1.4 ?sn, 50mm 3.5 Macro. I'll take a
look if anyone's interested.
I had sent the judge Walt's "born again" (sans name) to no avail. I was
hoping for a box full of Fangs-- 21 F2, Tamron 400 f4, 4Ti etc ;-(
