I can't claim anything that cheap but I have two of these <http://cgi.ebay.com/13-TALL-PRO-HEAVY-DUTY-AIR-CUSHIONED-LIGHT-STANDS-NEW_W0QQitemZ7623073453QQihZ017QQcategoryZ30080QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem> I have 5 other light stands and these are the best. Lighweight but well built, very broad stance, heavy duty main tubes, air cushioned so they don't collapse and they go up 13' which is good for lighting dance floors at parties and events. I keep them from toppling over by using sandbag weights from Amvona <http://cgi.ebay.com/PRO-PHOTO-STUDIO-SAND-BAGS-FOR-LIGHT-STANDS-AS-014C_W0QQitemZ170006098198QQihZ007QQcategoryZ88667QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem> Also well made and can be had for $10-12/pair if you bid enough times. The stands cost $0.99 plus about $12.50 to ship. ============================================== List usage info: http://www.zuikoholic.com List nannies: olympusadmin@xxxxxxxxxx ============================================== |
