Thanks, Graham, but who's in charge on these expeditions? Are you
allowing the Sherpas too much latitude in their behaviour? Are they
permitted opinions or a say in what load they carry? I say you
provide yourself with a bullwhip ...
... or perhaps ask them more nicely in future :-)
