Probably not, Charlie :-(. I was responsible for the cockpit
displays, the pilot's flying clothing, the helmet-moounted sight and
the anti-chemical warfare (NBC) protection in 1994/95, but we did not
have many flying then ...
... apparently the engines are so powerful (relative to their weight)
they have difficulty keeping their speed below the Mac on descents
over land (where it is forbidden to go supersonic). It is one
slippery machine!
