That's what I've been using, not least because they list times for a variety
of ISO ratings and conditions.
I just compared it with the Agfa Rodinal leaflet (20C, box speed, 1:50).
For PanF Agfa 12 mins D/T 11 mins
HP5+ " 15 mins D/T 11 mins
FP4+ " 18 D/T 15
