[OM] was Spiratone....Now 14-54 F2.8

Seems like I am NOT going to be able to get a fisheye in the near future. 
However, I am 
still looking at other lenses. The E-Zuiko 14-54 F2.8 caught my eye....seems to 
be better 
constructed than the 14-54 F3.5. Is the F2.8 worth the extra $$?
