I agree Peter. But most Belgian beers taste pretty good to me.
I am not sure how the NY Times's beer tasters work out that
conclusion Winsor. Good beer is supposed to sit in the barrel for a
bit to reach peak condition. Now it's possible that the beers were
not allowed to settle properly before tapping them.
