Actually I would encourage you to buy the two-lens kit; I did just that when
Olympus intoduced the E-500 at a mini-photofair at the start of November
here in Copenhagen. They reduced the official price by around £50, so that
the kit cost a little under the equivalent of £600, including the Danish 25%
sales tax. The lowest price in Denmark for the E-300 two-lens kit was close
to £700 at that time, so I jumped in with both feet.....
