www.fargo-ent.com sells a glass cement made by Loctite, comes in a red
syringe. I reglue separated eyepiece lenses with it. It cures in a few
minutes in bright sunlight. Regluing this element could be tricky, you'd
have to be sure 2 elements are even on all sides before it sets, clean up
excess cement before it hardens.
