I'd say it's not so much bad bokeh as a "poor bokeh subject." I don't
think you can make that kind of background look smooth unless you
manage to get an even smaller stop. Maybe.
Also, there may be a sweet spot (or opposite thereof) on that lens. I
can make the E-1 and 14-54 look like that too. :(
