Based on the simple technique (radial shift) used on the PT and PWP, I think
the correction will not be very effective. Since chroma effect is subject to
the degree of brightness, everyone will notice the shift of color mostly
happen on bright light source (especially high color temp. source) and
reflections, for normal brightness even at the edges of the frame the shift
is not noticeable. If you correct the whole frame's color by radial shift
then the unwanted area will also be affected.
