I eventually got around to testing taking pictures of slides using E-1
and OM slide copier.
Its not the full size as I used the OM 50mm F1.8 so effectively a 100
set to f11 - exposure was better with f1.8 but results were out of focus.
I tried using a OM 28mm F2.8 but couldn't focus at all even playing with
extension tubes, hopefully someone will tell me what I was doing wrong.
conclusion for me, result is far better than anything that I got from my
canoscan 2700 (2710 is much better scanner) Okay its no where near as
good as the original slide (fujichrome) but its not too bad.
One of the multitude of bears decorating zurich - this one was called

just checked, this looks to bright on my sony trinitron, perfect on my
18" tft and dull on the old 15" tft
