Except the 3Ti can take pix at all shutter speeds without a
battery.
So buy a 3Ti or carry a bunch of 50-cent button batteries with the
money you save.
It _could_ be a factor in cold weather - say, camping at -40. But
then you could use a plain 3 or 1.
