The listing says that the lens is automatically set to the working aperture,
and that the adaptor is made of high quality aluminium.
And it has sold.
To me, so I can tell you more when it arrives :-) - but for now I can tell
you that the vendor appears to have more available.

The tab casting the shadow at upper left in the photo at left appears to be
the stop-down tab. It is in the correct angular position. The price is
good depending on what it's made of. Make sure it's not aluminum.
