This is the item to which I referred - it has a flare which is less
acute in angle than the Oly hood and then a deep rim which could be
cut back to suit, if it is even necessary. I suspect that this style
might even work better than the original Oly but it is a little more
cumbersome. It reminds me of the Zuiko 49-72 18mm hood/adapter and
the hood/77mm adapter for my Cos/Voigt 12mm.
