There is. You apply it in PhotoShop after scanning the film. I've recently learned that a good way to do B&W conversion and adjustment is to switch to LAB mode and make a copy of the image from the lightness channel. Paste this copy as a new layer above the original color layer and then adjust the color channels underneath to alter the filtration.
