Can't do that with a speed camera or red light camera and those are
the most common problems fro professional drivers. If it wasn't you
driving, you have to submit the name/address of the offender,
possibly with a statutory declaration AND they have to admit it.
Doting grandmothers and other elderly or deranged family members who
don't drive anyway are useful for deflecting the blame and points on
some offences at least. Keeps you on the road so long as they don't
craok and leave the vehicle to the animal shelter in their will!
