Well, we're just back and EVERYONE was talking on the cell phone while 
driving in Rome, including tour bus drivers and SCOOTER RIDERS (they stuff 
the unit between their [mandatory] helmet and their ear)! Their traffic is 
nuts, but it seems to work for them. Amazing how few dented cars we saw.
